PRIVATE DINING
SIP Wine at Riverside also has a private dining room available
for both casual get togethers and business meetings. The
comfortably seats twenty-four people and can accommodate up to
thirty for cocktail parties. All menus are customized for each
group and are subject to change and availability without notice.
Audio/video equipment is available upon request for
presentations.
Great for Large Groups
In the Spanish tapas tradition, guests order several small
plates for the table. The service is casual and food comes out as
it is ready. Plates are meant to be shared amongst the group. Wines
are paired with food items to help navigate the wine list. This
style is great for groups and the flow of food and beverage is
steady and constant.
Cocktail Parties
Looking for a great way to entertain guests and reward
employees? Cocktail parties are a great way to treat guests to a
nice night out without breaking the budget. You can select several
items and we can prepare large plates. Much of our food is great
for platters and many are available by the dozen. Contact one of
our event planners to help plan your next event.
Tastings
In many parts of the UK and the United States, tapas have
evolved into complete meals. Another option for large groups that
want a more formal option is to have a custom tasting menu
designed. All guests enjoy the same courses. Rather than the free
flowing delivery of tapas style dining; course are served all at
the same time. Half glass wine pairings are suggested. Menus can
range from three to eight courses; we suggest no more than
five.
